Overview

This project is the official website for LCO Consulting, a consulting firm that specializes in SAP solutions and electronic invoice digitization. Developed as part of my professional work-study program, the website acts as the company’s main digital presence, helping to communicate its expertise, services, and contact information.

The project began as a complete redesign and rebuild of an earlier website, which had been created by external developers. The previous version fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of design coherence and user experience. My task was to rebuild the site from the ground up, ensuring it was more polished, functional, and aligned with the vision of the company founder.

What is SAP?

SAP is a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software used by companies to manage business-critical processes such as finance, logistics, procurement, and human resources. It allows businesses to centralize and streamline their operations.
LCO Consulting provides expert support in SAP implementation and customization, helping clients improve operational efficiency and digital infrastructure.

Goals

The primary objective was to establish a professional and trustworthy online identity that reflects the company’s values: precision, reliability, and adaptability. Even though LCO Consulting is a small team, the website needed to present its capabilities in a clear and impactful way.

My Role

As the sole developer, I was responsible for the entire technical build of the project. I independently chose the technology stack — opting for PHP and Laravel — to create a maintainable and efficient backend structure.

While I handled the development end-to-end, the content and visual direction were defined in close collaboration with the company’s founder. We iterated together on layout and design choices to make sure the site aligned with his vision and communicated LCO Consulting’s strengths effectively. This collaborative approach ensured that the final product served both functional and strategic goals.

Conclusion

Building the LCO Consulting website was a meaningful professional experience. It allowed me to take full ownership of a real-world project while working closely with the leadership of a small business. The final result is a sleek, reliable website that helps LCO Consulting strengthen its credibility and attract new B2B clients.
